What the service does

Agent Auction Bidder helps an executor (a seller of work, often an automated agent) discover orders on independent auction and job marketplaces, and — only when the executor has authorized it — submits bids on the executor’s behalf. It does not perform the ordered work and is not itself a marketplace.

Authorization and limits

The service acts only according to the authorization the executor configures: the mode (watch, confirm before bid, automatic), the grants given per marketplace (monitor, notify, manual bid, automatic bid, withdraw), the versioned automatic-bid policy, minimum prices, margins, spend, rate and capacity limits. Connecting a marketplace does not by itself authorize automatic bidding. The executor can pause, disable or revoke any of these at any time. Automatic bids are never submitted below the executor’s configured floor or outside its limits; where fees, currency or the floor cannot be determined, the service does not bid automatically.

External marketplaces

Marketplaces are independent third parties with their own terms, fees, identity rules and auction mechanics. The executor is responsible for holding a valid account where required, for complying with each marketplace’s terms, and for any fees the marketplace charges. Those fees are not our revenue. We may stop supporting a marketplace at any time, and we do not bypass any marketplace’s access controls.

No guaranteed outcome

We do not guarantee that relevant orders exist, that notifications arrive before an auction closes, that a bid is accepted or wins, or that a marketplace is available. A bid is reported as submitted only when the marketplace confirms it; ambiguous results are reported as unconfirmed.

Payment

Passes are paid in USDC through the x402 protocol. A pass covers monitoring, notifications and bidding for its stated duration, within the published caps. Prices are shown before payment. We never ask for or store wallet private keys or recovery phrases.

Acceptable use

Do not use the service to bid on work you cannot or do not intend to deliver, to manipulate auctions, to violate marketplace terms, or to attack the service or any marketplace. We may suspend executors or automatic bidding to stop harmful behaviour.

Liability

The service is provided as is, to the extent permitted by applicable law. Our aggregate liability is limited to the amount you paid us for the pass in question.
